HOW TO PLAY
Players are villains, taking turns adding to their loot pile, accumulating treasure. Until it is stashed, however, it is at the mercy of the other players.
Players start with a hidden villain - each with their own special action.
On a player's turn, they either raid the town by drawing and playing a card, or they reveal their hidden character card, allowing them to stash, steal, trade, or burn each other's loot.
The game ends when no more cards can be played from player's hands, and the highest accumulated loot score determines the winner.
Stash is the solo passion-project of game enthusiast and independent Melbourne game designer, Christopher Robinson, who wanted an answer to all the needlessly complicated, expensive, and boring games that drain the fun out of game nights.
Every mechanic in Stash was carefully crafted to strike the balance between simplicity and strategy. This same design philosophy is reflected in the elegant minimalist artwork, which is printed on high quality black core cardstock, with a matte linen textured finish and subtle gold highlights.
Even in its infancy, since release in January 2025, the game has already proven to be an international hit, with overwhelmingly positive reception from players all around the world.
